Pastor Mike Grant Mike has been in the ministry for 32 years. He's pastored churches in Illinois, Florida, Alabama and South Carolina. For 16 years he, and often memebrs of his congregation, took two-week mission trips to Haiti.
From 2007 to 2011 Mike and his wife, Teresa, worked to start a mission in Beauchamp, Haiti. From this new campus they worked to build in Northwest Haiti Mike helped establish and strengthen numerous churches and train Haitain pastors. He and Teresa were serving in Haiti when an earthquake so devistated the island in 2010. Mike and Teresa have been married 38 years, they have 3 grown children and 6 amazing grandchildren. Mike's passion is preaching and teaching God's Word. There is no greater joy than to see someone come to know Jesus as their personal Savior and begin grow in the Lord. Mike enjoys being with people and in the great outdoors. His hobbies are surfing, boating, biking, fishing and hanging out with Teresa. He makes amazing pork chops using a secret seasoning he still gets from friends he made at the church he pastored in Illinois when he was still in school. He's a graduate of Florida Christian College and has a master's degree from Midsouth Christian College. All three of his children are also graduates of Florida Christian College. His two daughters are school teachers married to pastors. His son, who recently recieved his doctorate from Florida State University, is a pastor in Tallahassee, FL. Teresa Grant Teresa has been a vital part of Mike's ministry. She taught women in Haiti how to sew so they could help support their families. She also helped them get the equipment and supplies they needed. She's a professional medical transcriptionist and helps Mike with many computer-related projects. Teresa loves children (especially her grandchildren). She also loves horses and at different times has had the opportunity to own and care for them.
